It's warm and windy and the days are delicious. I am up late painting, following a very different yarn; towards a more opaque and muted palette. Light sides. It's kind of refreshing, this little deviation. I'm getting increasingly excited and panicked about my upcoming shows. ..That's always a good sign.

I'm pretty stoked about this. I'm painting furniture, canvas, board, wall signs and paper pieces.
My cat Monkey is hard at work making sure I keep busy in the studio.
